We guide our small group uplake DEEP into the backcountry labyrinth of the Glen Canyon Wilderness and immerse ourselves in golden cathedrals of eroded rock, emerald green water, sweeping canyon lake views, backcountry beaches, the largest natural bridge in America, and the darkest skies in the Southwest!

Kanab, Utah is surrounded by the most awe-inspiring geology and dark skies in the world! Join us on a week long adventure as we immerse ourselves in astrophotography adventures, cowboy camping under the stars, and exploring outstanding and vibrant rock formations!
The great chamber, rainbow bentonite hills, , White Pocket, and vibrant playgrounds of bizarre and remarkable rocks in the Escalante Grand-Staircase and Vermillion Cliffs Wilderness. We are applying for “the Wave” permits so it is a possibility we will go there, stay posted!

Iconic in American nature lore, Yellowstone is also an extremely underrated National Park for capturing the nights skies and possibly Aurora during this solar maximum. Join us as we protect you from grizzly bears and squirrels alike while we tour and teach you night photography at this geothermal wonderland full of vibrant pools, explosive geysers, and inspiring vistas of the night sky.

The South Dakota Badlands, Crazy Horse, Black Hills, and Devil’s Tower will leave an impression on your soul the same way it inspired Native Americans for millennia and Wagon Trains alike. Join us for 5 epic nights of astrophotography adventures and lessons as we guide you around the remarkable (and underrated) geological features, beautiful expanses of America’s wilderness heartland, and dark summer skies where the Great Plains meet the mountains! We do have a chance for Northern Lights in these areas for Solar Maximum, but no promises!

Join us on an immersive astrophotography and archeo-astronomy adventure exploring and capturing ancient pictographs, cliff dwellings, ruggedly beautiful canyons, and the darkest skies in the Southwest. This workshop is a specially tailored trip for those interested in learning and capturing ancient Native American rock art combined with an immersive backcountry astrophotography experience glamping in the remote canyon wilderness of Utah.

There are good canyons, there are great canyons, but there is only ONE Grand Canyon… Join us as we tour you around to epic vista after epic vista while we teach you how to capture the best views above the Colorado River on the diverse rims of the Grand Canyon; including several backcountry chasm vistas you didn’t even know you needed on your bucket list! This workshop includes all transportation, camping gear, hotels, and is an immersive Grand Canyon astrophotography experience like no other!
White Sands
October 22 - 26 Alamogordo, New Mexico
Join us for exclusive after dark access in White Sands National Park to capture the expansive white dunes during the best light; sunset, twilight, and full darkness when the stars are out! Watching the colorful southwest sunsets burn off into twilight and night skies is a one-of-a-kind soul touching experience here. This workshop includes a special adventure to capture one of the most densely populated petroglyph areas in the country.
